As a railway, we have been very fortunate to have been donated a large amount of track from the upcoming Portishead railway line reopening (see past article https://www.theweekin.co.uk/news/119251/ ), this is alongside the opportunity to receive track donations from other locations.

This track is vital for any renewals of our current 3-mile railway between Oldland Common and Avon Riverside, ensuring our track is kept to a high standard. This track also complements our plans to remodel the sidings at Bitton station and potentially any future restoration of the railway in the Bath direction.

However, to transport these track materials to the railway, there is a significant transport cost. Any donations to help with this is much appreciated, and really would help the railway work towards its aims.
